The Heartland Welcome & Support Coalition is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with a mission to welcome and support individuals and families of migrant workers, asylum seekers and refugees to the United States.

While primarily created by St. Francis Xavier parishioners, the coalition is an independent, non-denominational entity governed by a board of directors. We believe we are all called to serve others, especially the poor and marginalized, many of whom are coming to this country as asylum seekers, refugees or migrants.

Our time, energy and resources are used to welcome the stranger, feed the hungry, clothe thepoor, and shelter the unhoused. Our intent is to care for one another in mind, body, and spirit.
